Who we are and What we do?
If you are a long-time practitioner of yoga, welcome. If you are new to yoga, welcome. I am grateful and honored that you have taken the time to learn and participate in a yoga class with me. This is a body positive, fat friendly, LGBTQ positive, BIPOC inclusive and welcoming space. I believe that yoga is for every body and everyone. I work to make my classes accessible to everyone. Due to COVID 19 I am currently just teaching on line classes live ZOOM classes and online private Zoom lessons.
I teach a prop heavy set of classes. While you do not need all the props, I encourage you to over time build your yoga prop collection. If you are not sure what you might need, I am happy to talk with you about what props might work best for you. A strong core of my teaching is that props do not make the pose easier they make the pose welcome in your body.
